Litchi is very delicious and exotic fruit of India. The prime production area is Muzaffarpur having following varieties of Litchi. a) Shahi b) China c) Rose scented d) Purvi e) Kasba f) Mandraji g) Late Bedana. Shahi Litchi occupies very important commercial viability followed by China. Rests of the varieties either being local as well as a small quantity do not suit to commercial activities. Litchi is a unique type of fruit having an Ariel as its edible, fleshy part. The size of the fruit is of plump type and the skin of the fruit is rough and uneven. The outer skin of the Litchi fruit is pinkish red and inside, the edible pulp that is whitish and jelly like encloses a single glossy brown seed. The fleshy part is sweet and delicious. It contains Fructose, Glucose, Sucrose and Malic acid. In addition to this, Litchi contains phosphorus, which is not found in any other fruit in the world. The action of the phosphorus in the human body is to activate the Brain. The time of production of Litchi in India is of very short duration not more than a month in Muzaffarpur area.

OUR AIM:-

At present we are the largest manufacturer of sulphited Litchi Pulp as well as Canned Litchi packing in India. However for the export purpose, we are planning to put up aseptic filling plant to pack aseptic Litchi Pulp without adding any preservatives. We are also planning to put up automatic Canning units for packing Litchi in cans. We are therefore very much eager to interact with investors either NRI or a well known branded Multi National Fruit Juice manufacturers and canned Litchi importers. Please note that we have a large manufacturing place admeasuring around 20,000 sq. feet area with all the necessary infrastructure in the plant situated at Industrial Estate, Muzaffarpur- Bihar. We hereby invite the interested parties all over the world for Joint Venture for packing aseptic Litchi Pulp and Litchi Cans, from a best quality of Shahi Litchi fruits produced especially in North Bihar. At present we are processing only 0.5 % of fresh Litchi fruits of the total produce, and there is a great scope to put up an aseptic unit for packing not only Litchi but also Mango, Pineapple, Papaya, Orange, Tomato and other fruits produced in Muzaffarpur & Bihar.
